Project Description

This project involved the complete interior fit-out of the Seniore's Pizza franchise branch within Baladi Mall Block 18, delivered in accordance with international franchise standards. The works included full construction and installation activities, encompassing partitioning, ceilings, decorative flooring with patterned tiles, custom lighting installations, and the integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The space features a distinctive two-level layout connected by a glass-balustrade staircase, adding visual depth and a premium dining atmosphere. All works were carried out in close coordination with the client and design team to ensure efficient execution and adherence to the project timeline. The result is a vibrant and well-organized dining environment that supports seamless operations while delivering an elevated customer experience.
