This project involved the full renovation of a three-story food complex, including kitchen, dining, and restroom areas across all floors. The works covered complete construction and installation activities to upgrade the facility in line with international franchise standards. As part of the project, the team executed the fit-out of the Johnny Rockets franchise restaurant, ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines and operational requirements. The scope included the integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with the execution of interior finishes, ceilings, wall cladding, and custom elements. The result is a modern and functional food complex that supports efficient operations and enhances the overall customer experience.
