This project involved the complete interior fit-out of the Soft Cookies branch within Baladi Mall Block 18 project, delivered in accordance with international franchise standards. The works included full construction and installation activities, encompassing partitioning, ceilings, finishes, and the integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Each component was executed to meet the operational, technical, and branding requirements of the franchise, ensuring consistency in quality, performance, and visual identity. All works were carried out in close coordination with the client and design team to ensure efficient execution and adherence to the project timeline. The result is a contemporary and well-organized retail space that supports seamless operations while offering an enhanced customer experience.
