This project involved the renovation of 42 guest rooms in the New Wing of The American Colony Hotel. The works were carried out to upgrade the rooms while maintaining the hotel's unique character and operational continuity. The scope included the construction of new bathrooms with underfloor heating, upgrades to electrical systems, and the installation of smart control systems. Interior works covered finishes, replacement of AC units, and the installation of custom-designed metal balconies overlooking the pool. All works were executed in coordination with the client and design team, ensuring high-quality delivery and minimal disruption to hotel operations. The result is an upgraded guest experience that combines modern comfort with the hotel's historic identity.
